Cleaning Instructions
How to clean Titan Pure Virgin Polycarbonate Luggage
We recommend to clean your luggage by using Windex (or any other glass cleaner without Ammonia) or Dawn Dishwashing liquid with degreaser (or similar product) on a non-scratch dishwashing sponge. Do not use products with petroleum or ammonia as they will damage the finish of your case. With a little effort and perseverance, most of the scuff marks should come out.
Another product we recommend is an industrial cleaner called Loctite ODC cleaner (20162) ($12 - $15/can). It has a strong smell, but this is what they used to clean the product at the factory. Note: This product works better than any of the commercial products described above, but it will still require some effort to take marks off.
Note: It is normal for all luggage (whether polycarbonate or ballistic nylon) to get dirty and show wear and tear from use. If scratching and scuffing pose problems for you, we recommend the TITAN® 360º Four Diamond Edition (NEW!). Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days from the time of order. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment.
Express shipping is via UPS. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3-5 business days from the time of order. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm.
A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.
If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file.
Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
